PRAJITURA CU CAPSUNI

8 oua
2 cani faina
1/2 cana apa minerala
150 ml ulei
1 praf de copt
2 plicuri zahar vanilat
1si 1/2 cana zahar
 Galbenusele se freaca cu 1 cana zahar,se pune uleiul,zaharul vanilat,praful de copt,apa minerala,iar albusele la sfarsit batute cu 1/2 cana zahar,se toarna in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina,iar deasupra se aranjeaza capsunile taiate felii.Se coace la foc mic pana trece proba cu scobitoarea.
 Se pudreaza si se seveste ca desert.
