DULCEATA DE CAPSUNI


5 kg capsuni se spala bine si se pun la fiert cu 4 kg zahar,dupa ce a invadat siropul in oala luam 1/2 din el si al punem strecurat in alta oala.Compozitia ramasa se fierbe pana se ingroasa,se pune in borcane ,iar deasupra un varf cutit de salicil,inchidem borcanele dupa ce s-au racit.
