400 gr paste fierte si scurse de apa,asezate intr-un vas de yena uns cu ulei si tapetat cu pesmet(preslu),peste care turnam o compozitie din 1 ou batut cu 1 iaurt(350 gr) ,iar deasupra aranjam felii de carnat si rosiii,razalim branza si dam la cuptor pana devin aurii .
