CIORBA CU PERISOARE DE CURCAN SI SMANTANA

Perisoare:
300 gr piept de curcan tocat se amesteca cu 50 gr orez,1 ou,sare,piper.Se fac bilute care se pun in apa clocotita,unde adaugam zarzavaturi:morcov,telina,pastarnac,ardei gras,ceapa,toate tocate marunt ,si lasam pana sunt toate fierte,adaugam marar,patrunjel si leustean tocat ,iar la sfarsit 200 gr smantana  si amestecam usor sa ramana bucati mari de smantana in ciorba.
