PAINE UMPLUTA CU CIUPERCI SI SPANAC

400 gr aluat de paine
300 gr ciuperci oparite si maruntite
200 gr spanac oparit si tocat
sare,piper,boia
50 ml ketchup
 Se intinde aluatul de paine in forma dreptunghiulara,ungem foaia cu ketchup,punem ciupercile si spanacul,rulam foaia cat mai strans,strangem la capete sa nu iasa umplutura,si coacem pana se rumeneste in tava de chec unsa cu putin ulei.
 Se serveste rece ca aperitiv.
