250 gr faina
100 ml ulei
150 ml lapte
1 lingurita vegeta
1 lingurita piper alb
150 gr gogosar murat taiat cubulete
200 gr sunca de pui taiata cubulete
100 gr masline negre taiate marunt
1 ardei iute taiat marunt(optional)
patrunjel verde
1 praf de copt
Se amesteca faina+praful de copt(cernute) cu laptele si uleiul,adaugam galbenusele pe rand,codimentam,adaugam gogosarul,sunca,maslinele si patrunjelul,ardeiul iute,iar la sfarsit albusele batute spuma.Se toarna in forma de chec tapetata cu hartie de copt si se coace pana trece testul cu scobitoarea la foc mic.Did you find this page useful? you can bookmark this page to your timeline for reference later!
