FRIPTURA DE PORC SI PUI CU CARTOFI II

4 bucati cotlet de porc
4 copanele de pui
4 cartofi
3 linguri ulei
vegeta,sare de mare,piper,busuioc uscat
4 catei de usturoi
1/2 cana vin alb
1/2 cana apa
Ungem tava cu ulei,asezam cartofii tavaliti in ulei,asezam carnea,presaram sare de mare,piper,vegeta,busuioc,dam tava 20 minute la cuptor,apoi adaugam usturoiul feliat si mai dam 10 minute la cuptor.
