35 gr drojdie proaspata
1 lingurita zahar
1 lingura sare
100 gr untura porc
2 linguri seminte de mac

umplutura:
400 gr branza de burduf
150 ml smantana groasa(sa nu fie lichida)
2 linguri marar tocat
